Role Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist position, based full-time onsite in Jeddah, entails welcoming members and visitors, managing check-ins, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries via in-person interactions, telephone, and digital means. Day-to-day duties involve member registration, payment processing, record keeping, and carrying out clerical responsibilities such as filing and data input. This role cooperates with trainers and other staff to facilitate seamless operations, address customer service requests, and maintain a neat and inviting reception area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer interaction and communication abilities, ensuring professional and courteous engagement with visitors and members.
• Experience managing front desk functions, including phone call handling, scheduling, and query routing.
• Competence in clerical tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and filing.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks efficiently, and stay organized amidst a busy reception environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with office or membership system software.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, accountability, and a commitment to confidentiality.
