Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join Snjr Movement Clubs at their Delhi-NCR location. This role involves interfacing with potential and current members to drive membership growth and uphold excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various avenues including walk-ins, referrals, telephone inquiries, and digital platforms.
- Effectively communicate membership packages and benefits to convert prospects into active members.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients to enhance conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets contributing to the overall revenue increase.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads and membership conversions within the system.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Participate in and assist with marketing and promotional events organized by the club.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 40,000 INR.
