Role Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, background verification, and HR operations. You will maintain data management information systems (MIS) related to HR and engage with employees. Close collaboration with senior team members is expected, along with cultural adaptability. Additionally, you will support miscellaneous ad hoc HR tasks as needed.

Candidate Eligibility

• Recent MBA in Human Resources graduate (freshers from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches only).
• No prior professional experience is required or expected.
• Male candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work night shifts is mandatory.
• High motivation and enthusiasm towards the role.
• Availability for an in-person interview in Noida.

Work Location and Schedule

The position is based at Stellar IT Park, Sector 62, Noida. Offices require on-site presence 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The working hours for this role are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Contract and Performance

The role is initially contractual. Depending on business needs and individual performance, there is a possibility of contract renewal or direct employment.
