About the Role
Netomnia, the UK's fourth-largest Full Fibre network, is expanding its creative marketing team. This freelance position involves working remotely from the UK on a rolling 3-month contract, with flexible working hours typically from 9am to 1pm. The role offers a consistent £1,500 monthly retainer and includes ownership of creative tasks across web, social, and video content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update website pages including layouts, banners, landing pages, and on-page visual enhancements focused on improving user experience.
- Create branded graphic assets for social media and campaign initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, presentation templates, and sales support materials.
- Produce short-form videos (30-60 seconds) for social platforms and YouTube, incorporating captions, transitions, and thumbnails.
- Work from briefs provided via ClickUp, ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborate closely with the Campaign & Content Manager to maintain visual coherence and support the development team on web page implementation.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated portfolio covering web/digital design, social media creatives, and short-form video editing.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage working hours within set daily windows.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of brand consistency under deadline pressure.
- Proactive approach to interpreting and delivering on briefs.
- Experience in B2B, technology, telecom, or infrastructure sectors preferred but not mandatory.
Tools and Technologies
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/Premiere Rush)
- Figma or Canva Pro for designing web pages and social media templates.
- Clipchamp, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva Video for video editing and social-native content creation.
- ClickUp for task management and brief tracking.
- Basic familiarity with CMS platforms such as Strapi or WordPress is advantageous.
