Role Overview

The Free Hold Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. This role entails managing and administrating freehold properties by coordinating activities such as sales, lease agreements, ownership transfers, and ensuring adherence to regional regulations. The manager is responsible for maintaining precise property records, engaging with governmental bodies and legal entities, and guaranteeing the proper completion of all relevant documentation and approvals.

This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and clients to address issues, facilitate property transactions, and provide clear guidance regarding procedures related to freehold ownership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and freehold property regulations, particularly within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
• Background in property management or real estate administration with experience managing sales, leases, and ownership transfers.
• Skilled in accurate record-keeping, managing documentation, and liaising with legal and regulatory authorities.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience within the UAE real estate market is highly desirable.
