Role Summary

This position focuses on managing Fraud, Chargeback, and Dispute cases for US banking clients within a backend, non-voice setting. The role demands ensuring accuracy while maintaining compliance and mitigating risks associated with financial transactions.

Eligibility and Requirements

• At least 6 months experience handling international banking backend operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Fraud detection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Card and Check Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring.
• Candidates currently available to join immediately will be preferred.
• Only candidates with experience in international banking backend processes are eligible.
• Graduation is not a mandatory qualification for this role.

Compensation and Additional Information

• Offered cost-to-company compensation is approximately ₹51000 per month.

• Location: Onsite position based at Noida (Sector 60).
• Interviews will be conducted virtually.
