Franchise Sales Manager

This role requires managing investor leads and converting inquiries into successful franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Address franchise inquiries from prospective investors and manage investor leads efficiently.
• Engage with potential investors to gauge and understand their financial investment capabilities.
• Provide detailed explanations on franchise concepts, investment requirements, and associated business prospects.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects, coordinate meetings, and lead negotiations to finalize franchise deals.
• Oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to franchise agreement closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information and follow-up actions using CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly franchise sales targets consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory prior experience in franchise sales.
• Preferable experience in franchising segments such as restaurants, cafes, quick service restaurants (QSR), or food and beverage sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Capability to nurture investor relationships and effectively convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Managerial experience including team leadership and target achievement is advantageous for higher-level positions.
• Preference will be given to those able to join immediately.
