Job description
About the Role
Our client, a multinational corporation operating across diverse markets, is seeking a senior finance leader to helm their global FP&A function. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with business and regional leaders to steer financial planning and enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive annual, long-term, and rolling forecasting processes ensuring regional and functional coordination.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial performance evaluations analyzing critical metrics such as revenue, margins, profitability, working capital, and cash flow.
- Create and maintain sophisticated financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and develop business cases to aid commercial decisions including pricing and investments.
- Collaborate closely with business heads to uncover risks, opportunities, and improve performance through actionable financial insights.
- Manage and enhance the FP&A team by driving advancements in reporting accuracy, process automation, and forecasting discipline across the company.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA or an MBA specializing in Finance along with 10 to 15 years of pertinent finance experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, business finance, and management reporting, particularly within a multinational setting.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similarly complex operational environments is preferred.
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP and business intelligence/reporting systems.
- Track record of effective leadership and senior stakeholder engagement, adept at working across multiple regions and functions.
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to operate across diverse time zones.
Additional Information
