About the Role
We are seeking a proficient FP&A Analyst to join our team remotely. This role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting by converting raw data into essential numbers that leadership relies on for strategic planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform monthly variance analyses and prepare management reports.
- Develop financial models for new projects, hiring strategies, and scenario evaluations.
- Collaborate with department heads to oversee budget ownership and tracking.
- Assist in preparing board presentations, investor reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Seek opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance roles.
- Proficient in Excel modeling and able to interpret financial statements fluently.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, or NetSuite Planning.
- Strong written communication skills with structured logical thinking.
- Experience or comfort with SQL or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Detail-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
