Role Summary

As the Founding Product Manager, you will spearhead the execution layer, collaborating closely with the CEO and VP of Engineering. You will focus on delivering the algorithmic and feature roadmap through measurable, predictable, and elegant shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine core marketplace mechanics including matching algorithms, cascading requests, tier systems, dispute resolution processes, and escrow workflows.
• Lead the AI feature roadmap integrating advanced large language model (LLM) technologies such as brief parsing, automated statement of work (SOW) generation, and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Oversee data architecture by defining event taxonomies, instrumentation, and data modeling; build essential administrative tools for internal operations.
• Drive agile delivery by crafting detailed product requirement documents rapidly, co-authoring technical designs with engineers, and managing lean experiments and release plans.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years product management experience, including at least 2 years in senior or lead roles; demonstrated success launching at least one product from concept to market.
• Strong technical foundation, such as a background in computer science or electrical engineering, with the ability to read code, author SQL queries, design data models, and lead rigorous technical evaluations.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered features in production environments using technologies like GPT, Claude, Gemini, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), or embeddings; ability to prototype with Python or JavaScript.
• Domain expertise in marketplaces, fintech, two-sided platforms, or B2B SaaS sectors.
• High initiative with a low-ego approach, thriving in fast-moving, autonomous "founder-mode" environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
