Overview
Jars Global develops rapidly expanding SaaS solutions including Outbrand, DMpro, and Saylo. We seek a founding full-stack engineer who will also serve as a product owner. This role requires driving ideas from inception to delivery swiftly, impacting product growth significantly. The position involves working on various SaaS products with responsibilities spanning engineering and product leadership. Candidates averse to long, intense work weeks (70+ hours) should reconsider applying.
Responsibilities
- Lead full product development cycles, from ideation through design, development, to launch.
- Enhance product performance, reliability, and scalability across the portfolio.
- Examine user behaviors to implement improvements that boost growth and retention.
- Ensure superior code quality by thorough testing, documentation, and maintaining clean design principles.
- Participate in shaping product strategy including roadmap creation, prioritization, and conducting rapid experiments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building full-stack applications using MERN or comparable modern technology stacks.
- Strong sense of product intuition with the ability to quickly identify user challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Capability to take full ownership of features or entire products rather than isolated tasks.
- Proficiency in rapid shipping and iteration based on data insights and user feedback.
- Preferred experience includes familiarity with SaaS platforms, growth-driven engineering, product management, or prior work in startups.
