About the Internship
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder, contributing to strategic, operational, and business activities. The selected intern will engage in comprehensive market, customer, and competitor research to unearth valuable insights. Collaboration with various teams including engineering, product, marketing, and customer success is essential to ensure smooth execution of projects. Effective tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups will be a key responsibility to meet deadlines consistently.
The role involves preparing detailed reports, presentations, dashboards, and business documents to support decision-making. Leveraging AI tools to create workflow automations and enhance team productivity is highly encouraged. Additionally, analysis of product metrics, customer feedback, and overall business performance will be required to drive improvements. The intern will take full ownership of special projects, overseeing them from initial planning phases to final execution.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

- Preferred prior leadership experience in college clubs, hackathons, or personal projects.
- Must commit to a full-time, on-site internship in Mumbai.
Compensation and Benefits
- The monthly stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000.
