Role Overview

We seek a Founders Associate ready to embrace significant responsibility and ownership immediately. In this position, you will develop AI-centric support functions and engage in influential projects company-wide, acquiring insight into all facets of an early-stage startup.

Key Duties

• Establish and enhance operational areas including Revenue Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, supporting our target of €10 million ARR with an AI-native organization capable of scalable growth.
• Lead new growth initiatives across different channels, geographies, and sectors with potential to fundamentally change the company's trajectory.
• Create and refine operational playbooks to improve processes throughout the organization, facilitating scalable business operations.
• Exhibit entrepreneurial mindset characterized by solution orientation, urgency, and innovative thinking.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Initial exposure to dynamic environments such as venture-backed startups, consulting, or similar fast-paced sectors.
• Strong analytical capabilities, data-centric approach, and adeptness at managing significant projects independently.
• High enthusiasm for building startups from inception.
• Proactive, with a readiness to exceed expectations to achieve objectives.
• Critical thinker with strategic insight to select and apply the best solutions.
