Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Foundation Phase Educator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will embrace creativity, continual improvement, and high standards to deliver an enriched Year 1 curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Year 1 curriculum effectively with enthusiasm and innovation
• Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues to support children's development
• Participate actively in extra-curricular programs and contribute positively to nursery culture
• Champion teamwork and build strong relationships within the nursery environment
• Engage in collaborative planning and flexible working practices

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications such as CACHE Level 3, HND, BTEC, or PGCE in Childcare/Early Years
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar teaching role within early years settings
• Strong academic foundation and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in children and dedication to professional growth
