Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting a Forward Deployed Engineer to join on a full-time contract basis, working remotely from anywhere. The position involves the deployment and integration of AI-driven solutions directly within enterprise environments to ensure effective adoption and smooth functionality. Collaboration across multiple teams helps overcome technical issues in live production settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and optimize AI models and related infrastructure to fulfill performance and scalability needs of enterprise clients.
- Provide real-time technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain system dependability.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to collect user feedback and improve solutions accordingly.
- Create and update documentation for deployed systems to aid continuous operations and future rollouts.
- Offer technical guidance and training to clients, sharing best practices and proactive support.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in deploying and scaling AI and machine learning models in production settings.
- Proficiency in Python along with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address complex technical problems.
- Experience with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
