Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Foreman located in the Munster region with considerable construction experience. The role is focused on supervising all general concrete-related operations onsite, ensuring work meets stringent quality standards and complies with project regulations and specifications. The Foreman will coordinate closely with site teams to achieve project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health and Safety teams to maintain a safe, regulation-compliant work environment.
• Organize, coordinate, and assess subcontractors' performance efficiently.
• Track the approved project timeline and deliver progress reports.
• Provide clear leadership, guidance, and motivation to colleagues.
• Function effectively as an integral team member.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven extensive experience in similar construction supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated capability managing teams and large groups of contractors.
• Adept at working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities.
