Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Foreman based in the Munster region who has substantial experience in the construction sector. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising all general concrete work on site, ensuring a top-quality finish aligning with regulatory standards and project specifications. Collaboration with site personnel is crucial to achieve excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Health and Safety teams to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and report on subcontractors' performance.
• Track progress against approved project schedules and communicate updates accordingly.
• Provide clear leadership and motivation to team members.
• Work effectively as a team member to meet project goals.
