Job Overview

IJAP Academy invites female fresh graduates to embark on a career as Foreign Language Trainers. No prior foreign language skills are required as comprehensive online training will be provided from scratch. This full-time position offers hybrid work options including remote and office settings in Hyderabad. Candidates will receive a stipend of ₹13,000 monthly alongside incentives, with an initial paid internship during training.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily virtual language training sessions to acquire language proficiency.
• Complete coursework including assignments, vocabulary tests, and speaking exercises to prepare for teaching roles.
• Learn and practice professional business communication and workplace etiquette.
• Perform daily reporting using digital tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Excel.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates, fresh graduates from any field, graduating between 2023 and 2026.
• Strong verbal and written command of English and Urdu languages.
• Access to a personal laptop or PC with a reliable internet connection; technical support will be provided if needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to a teaching career and long-term professional growth.
