Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, portion, and serve food and beverages while adhering to established quality standards.
• Take customer orders and handle payment processing where applicable.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service consistently.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure appealing food presentation.
• Keep workstations and service areas clean, neat, and sanitary.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
• Restock ingredients, food products, and necessary supplies regularly.
• Monitor food freshness, quality, and storage conditions.
• Operate kitchen and food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in opening, closing, cleaning, and other routine restaurant operations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in food service, restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering, or related hospitality fields.
• Strong customer service aptitude and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English communication; bilingualism in French and English highly favored.
• Experience working within diverse, international, or multicultural environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently under fast-paced and high-volume conditions.
• Reliable, professional, and dedicated work ethic.
• Thorough understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
