Scheduled to open in late 2026, Delano London brings the renowned charm and heritage of the famous Delano Miami Beach to the heart of London, overlooking Kensington Gardens. The hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, including the celebrated Lana Lusa restaurant, the iconic Rose Bar and Rose Lounge, as well as The Source wellness amenities. Delano London is part of Ennismore, a global network of entrepreneurial brands, in partnership with Accor. Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Food Runner to join the opening team and contribute to the successful launch of Delano London. The role involves ensuring that every dish is delivered accurately, swiftly, and beautifully to guests, working closely with the restaurant and culinary teams to maintain the flow and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport food from the kitchen to the appropriate table and guest promptly, confidently, and with precise dish recognition.
• Become familiar with the menu, ingredients, and allergens to clearly describe dishes and answer guest questions.
• Collaborate closely with the pass, waitstaff, and management to sustain effective communication and service pacing.
• Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen pass, promptly reporting any issues.
• Assist in maintaining tables by clearing, resetting, and providing water service as needed.
• Keep service areas, trays, and equipment tidy, organized, and fully supplied.
• Help with mise en place before service and cleaning tasks after service concludes.
• Be attentive to allergies, dietary necessities, VIP guests, and table assignments, following all communication protocols.
• Provide support to Room Service, Private Dining, and other Food & Beverage sections when required.
• Adhere to food safety, health and safety, and company policies consistently.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Energetic and attentive individual comfortable in a dynamic restaurant setting.
• Previous hospitality or runner experience is beneficial, though a positive attitude, dependability, and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly memorize table numbers, dishes, and service procedures.
• Ability to stay composed and optimistic under pressure, taking pride in meticulous work.
• Flexibility to work breakfast shifts, evenings, weekends, and key hospitality occasions.
