Key Responsibilities

• Operate the production line ensuring doughnuts are accurately filled with signature fillings
• Hand-decorate each doughnut meticulously using icing, piping, and adding toppings like sprinkles or peanut butter
• Complete daily documentation accurately related to production processes
• Measure and mix proprietary ingredient blends following set recipes
• Adhere strictly to health and food safety protocols at all times
• Maintain high standards of quality to meet customer expectations
• Participate actively in production planning and fulfill assigned shift duties
• Provide assistance in other factory areas during peak periods
• Represent the Krispy Kreme brand positively

Candidate Profile

• Fully flexible with scheduling to accommodate variable shifts
• Previous bakery experience preferred with eagerness to cross-train in multiple roles
• Strong team player, motivated, honest, and committed to group success
• Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on approach and results-driven attitude
• Effective communicator capable of engaging with diverse teams and individuals
• Thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
