Role Overview

The Food Packer is responsible for accurately portioning meals using company technology, ensuring timely packaging and dispatch adherence while upholding strict hygiene, quality, and consistency standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately portion ingredients for each customer’s meal prior to delivery deadlines
• Liaise effectively with delivery drivers and Customer Experience teams to optimize customer satisfaction
• Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene practices at all times
• Manage and implement any last-minute order adjustments without compromising standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in food dispatching, preferably within fast food settings
• Demonstrates excellent hygiene standards in kitchen environments
• Proficient and clear communicator in English
• Possesses solid communication skills
• Understanding of food safety protocols is advantageous
• Currently residing in the UAE
