Job Overview

We are seeking diligent Food Factory Workers to join our production team at All That Dips Private Limited located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves operating food production machines, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the production process to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food production machinery and carry out basic cleaning of the equipment.
• Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables and raw materials for production.
• Pack and seal sauces, dips, and other food products efficiently.
• Affix labels and pack cartons accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area at all times.
• Comply with instructions issued by supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold quality and hygiene protocols throughout the production process.
• Support the team in achieving daily production goals.
• Adhere strictly to factory safety regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass or higher.
• Experience in food manufacturing or factory work is preferred but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Should be hardworking, disciplined, and a cooperative team player.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical labor.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 12,500.
