About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hilton, you will play a key role in creating remarkable dining experiences that delight every guest. Your leadership will ensure impeccable service delivery and foster a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and compliance with brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold exceptional standards and deliver outstanding guest services.
  • Manage guest experiences by personalizing service, addressing feedback swiftly, and resolving any concerns to boost satisfaction.
  • Keep a close watch on inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and control costs for maximum operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Support sales efforts through upselling initiatives, analyzing sales trends, and working toward achieving revenue objectives.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols throughout all service areas.
  • Collaborate closely with food and beverage staff, senior team members, kitchen personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated service.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining rigorous standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality settings.
  • Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, polished grooming, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Show proven leadership qualities capable of fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
