Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, aiming to surpass their expectations
• Keep all food and beverage service areas clean, orderly, and well maintained
• Collaborate effectively with team members and foster a positive working environment
• Gain detailed knowledge of all menu items including food selections, beverages, and cocktails
• Handle guest questions and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Adhere to all hotel policies and uphold high standards of service quality
• Accurately manage sales transactions using the POS system
• Present yourself wearing the uniform with a neat and professional appearance
• Strive to maximize guest satisfaction and encourage favorable guest feedback
