Role Purpose
The Food and Beverage Associate at Loop by Zolo plays a critical role in enriching guests' dining experiences by providing warm, attentive, and error-free service. This position emphasizes delivering exceptional interactions, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring operational efficiency amid a growing guest base. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and maintain positive, confident communication throughout their visit.
- Maintain swift order taking and clear communication with the kitchen to guarantee accuracy and timely delivery.
- Uphold hygienic standards consistently, including personal uniform cleanliness, hand hygiene, table readiness, and food safety.
- Display thorough menu knowledge to assist guests with explanations and suggest suitable add-ons or beverages.
- Ensure exact order verification before service and accurate billing, quickly resolving any errors.
- Collaborate efficiently during shifts, ensuring smooth handovers and effective teamwork, especially during busy periods.

Experience and Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or similar service roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and energy are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of menu handling is advantageous.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and maintain a groomed appearance.
