Role Overview

We are seeking Operations Follow-up Agents for our full-time, on-premises positions located in Lusaka. The primary responsibilities involve generating leads, making outbound calls, and promoting our services to both prospective and existing clients. Agents will be expected to cultivate and sustain customer relationships, understand client needs, offer appropriate solutions, and consistently meet sales objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with sales strategies, customer relationship management, and lead acquisition
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of logistics and fulfillment services is favorable
• Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective problem-solving abilities to accurately assess and respond to client requirements
• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent; additional training in sales or marketing is advantageous
