FMCG Sales Executive

Overview

We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to boost sales and improve customer experiences at retail locations throughout Kerala. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the retail/FMCG field. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting merchandise, and meeting store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the store by identifying their needs and preferences.
• Implement sales plans to consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, stock availability, and overall store appearance.
• Conduct demonstrations and educate customers about available products.
• Manage billing, returns, and customer inquiries at the checkout.
• Keep track of competitor activity and local market trends.
• Compile sales reports daily or weekly and relay observations to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of Higher Secondary education (+2) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in various shifts, including weekends.
• Basic knowledge of computers and confident smartphone use.
