Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Florist to design and assemble exquisite flower bouquets and arrangements suitable for various celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings. The role requires careful handling and maintenance of fresh flowers to preserve their quality, along with managing stock efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create elegant bouquets and floral compositions tailored to customer needs.
- Meticulously handle fresh flowers ensuring their freshness and quality remain optimal.
- Select appropriate flower varieties, fillers, and wrapping materials per occasion specifics.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral workspace at all times.
- Regularly check flower inventory, reporting any shortages or damaged items promptly.
- Ensure all floral orders are prepared punctually to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team for packing and coordinating delivery schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in floristry is preferred, though applicants with a passion for flowers and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge or skill in bouquet making and floral decoration is advantageous.
- Demonstrates creativity, strong attention to detail, and maintains a positive work attitude.
- Capability to work well within a team environment and manage time effectively.
