Key Responsibilities

• Identify current floral trends and implement them in store displays and products.
• Provide professional customer consultations and actively promote sales.
• Ensure appealing product presentation and proper maintenance of the floral inventory.
• Conduct business transactions with commercial awareness.

Required Qualifications

• Formal florist training or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated creativity in handling flowers and plants.
