Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Florist to become part of our team located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time, on-site role involves crafting high-quality floral designs and decorations, while delivering outstanding customer interactions. Candidates should exhibit a strong passion for flowers, possess an excellent sense of design, and demonstrate efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and arrange floral designs and decorations for daily requests as well as special events and occasions.
- Maintain freshness, quality, and attractive presentation of flowers and plants.
- Work closely with customers and the floral team to meet bespoke and creative design needs.
- Oversee the care, storage, and stock rotation of flowers to ensure continued product excellence.
- Deliver superior customer service and uphold a professional demeanor consistently.
- Support event preparations including floral setups, installations, and décor for various occasions and corporate functions.
