Floor Sales Clerk

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Sales Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and support daily shop operations in Morpeth, England. The role involves assisting customers both in-person and over the phone, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring smooth shop functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and telephone callers promptly and professionally.
• Arrange, display, and restock merchandise on shelves in an organized manner.
• Accurately label shelves to enhance product visibility and availability.
• Carry out general shop-based tasks to maintain a clean and efficient environment.
• Use computer systems to check and confirm merchandise availability and status.
• Work assigned shifts from Monday through Saturday, including evenings and public holidays as required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and excellent verbal communication abilities in English.
• Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations with customers and team members.
• Must have and keep a clean Police Record throughout employment.
