Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team of over 30 members to achieve set sales targets.
• Handle all aspects of Gold, Diamond, and Silver jewelry business operations.
• Oversee inventory management to guarantee product availability and accuracy.
• Implement display rotation strategies to maintain attractive product presentation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Promote exemplary customer hospitality and service standards.
• Demonstrate strong team leadership to motivate and guide sales staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mandatory prior experience in Gold jewelry sales and management.
