Position Overview
This full-time, on-site Floor Clerk position is based at the El Cajon location. The role involves assisting customers directly on the sales floor, organizing merchandise for optimal presentation, upholding store cleanliness, and managing the return of shopping carts. Floor Clerks may also help operate the cash register. Providing exceptional customer service to foster a positive shopping atmosphere is essential.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and customer service skills for engaging with customers positively.
- Strong organizational abilities to keep the store clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
- Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
- Capable of lifting merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds safely and independently.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Working Hours
Schedules available are either Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM plus Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
