Responsibilities

• Process meat products adhering to predefined quality and production standards.
• Prepare and operate contemporary machinery and production equipment.
• Carry out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing stages.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Assist in streamlining production workflows for better efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a butcher (Fleischer) or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in industrial meat processing is advantageous.
• Meticulous, responsible, and conscientious work approach.
• Strong hygiene awareness and physical stamina.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt flexibly to situations.
