Fleet Finance Credit Supervisor

Job Overview

This role involves leading the Fleet Credit unit to manage and mitigate credit risk, ensuring all credit proposals align with the company’s credit policies, local regulations, and Saudi Arabia's anti-money laundering laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Fleet Credit team to guarantee adherence to internal credit policies and processes for all applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to foster proactive and high-quality deal origination.
• Evaluate and approve credit reports, analyses, and financial returns within established timelines.
• Monitor credit portfolio health, identify significant risks and trends, and recommend appropriate remediation plans.
• Contribute to deal structuring through inputs on pricing, product suitability, risk mitigation, and deal purpose.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi local directives and AML regulations.
• Work alongside the Collections department on managing delinquent accounts and formulate recovery tactics.
• Advocate for best practices in credit risk management and operational efficiency within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant credit risk experience within banking or financial services in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated expertise in credit risk control and portfolio management.
• Strong background in corporate finance, particularly fleet financing.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to network effectively with financial institutions and local market participants.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage across multiple departments and teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel and related software.
