Fleet Coordinator

About the Role

TEGHI Roadways is seeking a diligent and professional Fleet Coordinator to join their operations team based in Dhulagarh, Howrah. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily fleet management activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients, and ensuring operational efficiency through accurate record keeping and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions related to fleet management.
• Facilitate coordination between clients, vendors, and different internal departments.
• Compile and prepare various reports and documentation; monitor fleet movements in real time.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records, databases, and relevant paperwork for the fleet.
• Monitor loading and unloading operations, ensuring they are finished within scheduled timeframes.
• Assist management with daily business activities and operational requirements.
• Detect operational challenges and aid in their resolution.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Have 1 to 2 years of applicable professional experience preferred in fleet or logistics operations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer usage.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills along with effective time management.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Joining

The salary offered is approximately ₹14000 per month (negotiable) along with incentives. Immediate joining or within a 15-day notice period is preferred.
