Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and establish friendly rapport within your assigned area.
• Assist in directing vehicle traffic efficiently in lots and garages.
• Maintain positive customer relations through approachable, helpful, and professional behavior at all times.
• Work independently when supervision is not present.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Solid background in customer service.
• Effective and professional communication skills, with proficiency in English speaking, reading, and comprehension.
• Receptiveness to feedback and diverse viewpoints.
• Strong sense of urgency, time management, and continuous self-improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, and snow.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing at least 10 pounds.
• Capacity to stand, walk, and run for prolonged durations.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout the work shift.
• Use of both hands to hold flags and signs for traffic direction.
