Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Fitter to join our team at the Siltara Industrial Area -II in Raipur. This full-time position involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and mechanical components according to specified technical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and measurements accurately.
- Execute fitting, assembly, installation, and upkeep of mechanical parts.
- Operate various hand and power tools including drills, grinders, and cutting machines.
- Conduct cutting, drilling, grinding, aligning, and fabrication tasks effectively.
- Inspect mechanical components and assemblies ensuring correct fitting and alignment.
Qualifications and Experience
- ITI certification in Fitter trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Industrial experience relevant to the field is advantageous.
- Candidates experienced in manufacturing, machinery, fabrication, or industrial maintenance are favored.
- Preference is given to immediate joiners or those with minimal notice periods.
Additional Information
Selected candidates upon joining will be required to pay a recruitment service fee equivalent to 15 days of their first month’s salary to the company.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 22,000 and INR 28,000.

This position is based onsite at Siltara Industrial Area -II, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
