Role Overview

As a Fitter at Munters, you will take charge of daily production or assembly duties when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition of tasks. This role demands strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, 5S methodology, and the company's production standards.

Key Duties

• Lead daily production or assembly operations as needed, ensuring tasks are properly handed over.
• Conduct assembly, production, processing, inspection, packing, and material handling in line with provided guidelines.
• Operate tools, machinery, and equipment correctly, immediately reporting any defects or safety hazards.
• Verify completed work against quality standards and maintain accurate production records when required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, maintenance personnel, quality inspectors, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Recommend and aid enhancements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Carry out finishing processes on polypropylene (PP) products including trimming, deburring, edge finishing, and surface preparation.
• Provide assistance with hot air and extrusion welding if certified.
• Utilize MS Excel for basic activities such as entering data, updating logs, and performing simple calculations.
• Maintain comprehensive daily production reports, job cards, and checklists with precision.

This role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and requires full-time onsite commitment. Candidates must be prepared to maintain high standards in quality, safety, and production efficiency across all tasks.
