Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with genuine friendliness and hospitality.
• Assist guests ensuring their safety within the pool and fitness zones.
• Give guided tours of the spa, pool, and fitness amenities.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool and fitness areas, including arranging towels and furniture and performing deep cleaning when necessary.
• Instruct guests on the proper use of fitness equipment and facilities.
• Manage guest registration before issuing hotel property items.
• Comply with health and safety protocols, including thorough sanitization.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent loss of hotel property and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of products, equipment, and towels.
• Provide reception coverage as requested by management.
• Prepare weekly supply lists for ordering.
• Schedule adequate staffing to provide optimal coverage at the pool, gym, and reception areas.
• Perform fitness assessments and conduct instructional programs and inductions.
• Promote the facility services to hotel guests and potential members.
