Role Overview
The Fit-Out Site Supervisor will be a full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar, primarily tasked with managing all interior fit-out activities for restaurant projects from start to completion. This position requires coordination of daily site operations, supervision of contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with the approved design plans, specifications, and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily fit-out tasks on the project site.
- Verify that work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and related site personnel.
- Maintain quality standards for workmanship and approved materials.
- Ensure precise site measurements and correct execution of architectural and interior construction.
- Manage installation activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, doors, and other finishing elements.
- Track manpower, necessary materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
- Ensure that project progress adheres to the predetermined schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly by liaising with engineers and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections, documenting progress, delays, and technical concerns.
- Coordinate fit-out activities with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services effectively.
- Monitor material deliveries, ensuring proper storage and protection of supplies.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and site policies at all times.
- Prepare daily progress reports and keep the project team informed of site updates.
- Support inspection processes including snagging, rectifications, and preparation for final project handover.
- Safeguard completed works until official handover to prevent damages.
