Fishmonger - Retail

Position Overview

This role involves working as a fishmonger at a retail location, handling various types of seafood and meat preparation tasks.

Work Environment and Location

• On-site work with no remote option.
• Work takes place in an environment with noticeable odors and refrigerated conditions.
• Staff accommodation is available on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters of meat.
• Wrapping and packaging prepared meats.
• Cutting fish into steaks and fillets.
• Training other meat cutters.
• Preparing special orders requested by customers.
• Creating special displays for meats, poultry, and fish products.
