Role Summary
This position involves precision assembly of mechanical, structural, and electrical parts to meet Company specifications. The finisher works independently using engineering drawings, method instructions, and quality assurance guidelines to assemble, inspect, correct, and adjust installations—specifically focusing on doors.
Key Duties
- Riveting and assembling sheet metal, tubing, bars, and extrusions.
- Applying decals to mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies.
- Operating portable spot welders when necessary.
- Cleaning commercial products by washing and applying cleaning agents as required.
- Performing repetitive tasks using various hand and power tools including upright drills, sanders, grinders, deburring machines, drill sharpeners, and routers.
- Operating specialized equipment such as Rolls, plasma burning robots, or corner croppers as needed.
- Supporting other operators when required.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected hourly wage ranges from CAD 21.27 to CAD 30.38, supplemented with pension plans and additional benefits.
