Role Overview

As a Finisher at El Car Wash, you will be the key team member who adds the final touches that elevate a good car wash into an exceptional experience. Your focus is on details and quality, ensuring each vehicle is perfectly cleaned and the customer leaves satisfied.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute the finishing process for each vehicle with accuracy—drying, vacuuming, and detailing to meet company standards.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail by ensuring spotless windows, immaculate interiors, and polished wheels and tires every time.
• Identify and address any overlooked issues throughout the car wash process; proactively correct problems instead of passing them on.
• Engage customers positively during vehicle handoff to guarantee satisfaction and create a memorable experience.
• Work efficiently to uphold both speed and quality, ensuring a steady workflow without compromising standards.
• Collaborate with team members by providing support and contributing to a seamless operational environment each shift.
