• Complete the finishing process for each vehicle, including drying, vacuuming, and detailed cleaning, ensuring meticulous quality every time.
• Maintain relentless attention to detail by thoroughly cleaning windows, interiors, wheels, and tires without exception.
• Identify and address any overlooked issues promptly to uphold the company's quality standards.
• Create memorable customer interactions by engaging positively during vehicle handoff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
