Key Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conducting variance, cost, and profitability analyses.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning.
• Preparing decision-critical key figures and management reports.
• Participating in annual financial statements and working closely with accounting and auditors.
• Advancing controlling tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyzing business processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Acting as point of contact for departments and management on financial matters.
• Contributing to international projects and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Advanced knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid grasp of business economics.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Communicative and proactive personality with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
