Financial Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Financial Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, responsible for acquiring and managing clients by offering tailored financial investment solutions. This role involves client acquisition, account setup, product recommendation, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking initiatives.
• Set up demat and trading accounts for prospective clients.
• Analyze clients' financial objectives and recommend appropriate investment products such as equities, mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and portfolio management services.
• Promote cross-selling of Geojit's diverse investment products and services.
• Provide clients with regular market insights, research documentation, and product details.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships by timely follow-ups and delivering supportive services.
• Support clients with seamless investment transactions and handling relevant paperwork.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
• Meet monthly sales goals and contribute towards increasing branch assets under management (AUM).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in financial product sales or broking preferred; fresh graduates holding relevant certifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication abilities and adeptness in managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and various investment instruments.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 30,000 and INR 90,000, including high incentives linked to performance.
