Job Overview
We are currently looking for a meticulous and business-savvy Financial Analyst to enhance our financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis processes. Responsibilities

- Offer support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Gather, organize, and verify financial data from various sources.
- Produce regular financial and performance summaries for managers and stakeholders.
- Detect financial trends, potential risks, opportunities, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Execute financial and business analyses to support decision-making strategies.
- Assist with scenario evaluations and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with departments such as Accounting, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain precise financial models, databases, and documentation.
- Research financial markets and information as necessary.
- Ensure precision, timeliness, and consistency in reports and analyses.
- Effectively communicate results and suggestions to relevant parties.
- Contribute to financial special projects and process optimization efforts.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, finance, or business analysis roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience preparing financial documentation such as reports, forecasts, budgets, and models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet modeling skills.
- Experience conducting variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and crucial financial metrics.
- Experience working with financial databases, systems, or business intelligence tools.
- Capability to analyze extensive datasets and communicate key findings effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining precision and accuracy.
- Strong digital and computer literacy.
- Ability to perform effectively in a remote work environment.
- Dependable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup.
- Professional demeanor with analytical and detail-focused mindset.
