Overview
Mb Staffing Services LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst with between one and three years of experience in finance or budgeting. The role involves supporting financial reporting, budgeting activities, and operational financial analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is mandatory.
- Experience spanning 1 to 3 years in finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and scrutinize financial reports.
- Assist in compiling monthly Board reports.
- Develop Budget Book components such as tables, charts, and descriptive narratives.
- Collect and evaluate financial datasets.
- Suggest process improvement initiatives and assist with financial operations.
- Handle special assignments as designated.
